Managers Without Borders – India is a noble initiative by three young highly enthusiastic professionals in the field of management, placed across length and breadth of Indian and abroad. In the world’s toughest places Managers Without Borders building student and professional communities to meet the standards of quality research, building leaders and basic human needs.
Registered as a Section 8 Company (Non-Governmental organization) under Indian Companies Act, 2013. The action of MWB is to bridge the gap between various stakeholders in the national building by constructing a dense network of students and professionals in the field of management. Managers Without Borders – India is affiliated as a youth club in Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (Ministry of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, and Youth Affairs & Sports), Member of Indian NGOs partnership system by planning commission (NITI Aayog) , Government of India and also listed member of Department of Economics and Social Affairs (DESA) and Economics & Social Council (ECOSOC), Youth for Social Policy and Development Division of NGO Department, United Nations.

Our History
In November 2014, Dr. Rakesh Gandla and Mr. Yeswanth Kumar Daram, student professional of Management from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad has sensed the gap of management community in India. With the motto of giving back to the society, the two young professionals has planted the seed of MWB. Within the very short span of time, MWB has grown to international presence with the activities and awareness events.
