IBS chapter have played a pivotal role in shaping the managers of tomorrow. We strongly believe a manager’s third eye lies in his ability to research, analysis and interpretation. Hence, the core of the MWB IBS Chapter lies with Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). The research domain mostly concentrates on the area of Finance and Marketing keeping in view the E5 concept (Energy, Economy, Environment, Employment, and Entrepreneurship).
RAW has the scope of covering the domain of Analytics and Operations as well as Human resources. Our flagship domains are CSR and SSR that conduct various activities throughout the year that includes plantation drives, environmental awareness drives, school paintings, etc. We also conduct a number of Guest Lectures by eminent industry personalities to enhance the knowledge base and get an insight into real-world problems.

Prof. Madhavi Garikaparthi is an Associate Professor and holds additional responsibility of ‘Coordinator-Student Activities’. She is passionate about all the facets of Marketing and Teaching Marketing to invigorating minds. She has more than 30 years of combined experience in Industry, Academics, and Research & Training. She is trained in CAPSIM (a Simulative Strategic Management Learning Module) and has edited books on CRM, Branding and Marketing. Published and presented several research papers. She has guided several students for internships and live projects, enabling them winning best internship awards. She has successfully trained numerous students to enhance their overall personality and make informed career-focused decisions.
She was awarded “Best Professor in Marketing Management” by 20th Business School Affaire & Dewang Mehta Business School Awards. She also received the IBSAF “Best Teacher” Award for Overall Performance. She was also awarded “B-School Professors / Teachers who continuously innovate in style & Substance for Academic Excellence” at 7th DNA Innovative B-school Awards.
Prof.Madhavi Garikaparthi, was the Nodal Officer for the prestigious 98th Association of Indian Universities (AIU) Annual General Meet and National Conference of Vice Chancellors, hosted by IFHE University in April 2024.
